Google UX Certificate: City Cares Mobile App

City Cares is a mobile app case study I made as part of my journey to become certified as a UX designer in Google's Coursera course. City Cares is an original idea to help the issue of low-income families in urban areas being an aggravated user. The app is made for them to find their right primary care provider; their need for a location-scouting-intelligent service; their need for search features for better-fit providers in their insurance plan. I course corrected my research in real time as changes in medicaid and inflation took place in the U.S., damaging the future of affordable health measures for their children. Families can book with a provider, having a practice personalized to fit their needs.
